Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of monstro.digital and every purchase or free download you make on it. The store is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Volodymyr Volodymyrovych Pimenov (FOP Pimenov V.V.), registered in Ukraine, taxpayer registration number (RNOKPP) 3080422932, address: 96 B. Tena St., apt. 40, Zhytomyr, 10024, Ukraine (“MONSTRO”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, downloading a free asset or placing an order, you agree to these terms, the License Terms, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy.

1. Who can buy

MONSTRO sells to businesses and professionals such as agencies, freelancers and consultants. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you accept these terms for a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company.

2. Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
• Do not share your account, download links or files with people outside the business your license covers.
• We may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, abuse, automated scraping or license violations.

3. The products

MONSTRO products are digital files: documents, presentations, spreadsheets, code, prompts and guides. Each product page lists the included files, formats, license level and requirements. Some files need third-party software, for example Microsoft Office, Google Workspace or a code editor, which you provide yourself.

Products are tools and starting points. They are not legal, financial, tax or accounting advice, and calculators produce estimates based on the numbers you enter. We do not promise specific business results.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and are one-time payments. Depending on your location, taxes may apply to your order. If they do, they are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by an independent payment service provider shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

The contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed and the order is completed.

5. Delivery

Delivery is digital. After successful payment your files unlock in your account under Downloads and in your MONSTRO Library, and your order email contains download links. Keep your own backup copies. If we update an asset you own, the updated files may appear in your library.

6. Free assets

Free assets require a free account and are covered by the same License Terms. We may change, replace or discontinue free assets at any time. Assets you already downloaded remain usable under their license.

7. License and ownership

A purchase gives you a license to use an asset, as described in the License Terms and summarized on the Licensing page. MONSTRO keeps ownership of the original assets. No intellectual property is transferred unless a product page explicitly says so.

8. AI tools

Many assets include prompts for AI tools. Your use of those tools is governed by their providers’ terms. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before you use it or deliver it to a client, and for not sharing confidential or personal data with AI tools without permission.

9. Refunds

Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

10. Acceptable use of the website

Do not interfere with the website, attempt to access other accounts, bypass download protection or copy the store content, design or branding.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, assets are provided as described on their product pages and without further warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. We aim to resolve any complaint by email first: write to mail@monstro.digital and we reply within 14 days. Disputes that cannot be resolved this way are handled by the competent courts of Ukraine at the Seller’s location, unless mandatory law gives you the right to use the courts where you live.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
