License Terms
Last updated: September 15, 2026
These License Terms explain what you may do with assets bought or downloaded from monstro.digital, a store operated by Individual Entrepreneur Volodymyr Volodymyrovych Pimenov (FOP Pimenov V.V.), Ukraine (“MONSTRO”). They form part of the Terms and Conditions. The plain-English summary lives on the Licensing page. If the summary and these terms ever differ, these terms apply.
1. Definitions
- Asset: a MONSTRO product, including all of its files.
- Original Files: the files as delivered by MONSTRO, and copies with only minor changes.
- Licensee: the business or individual that bought or downloaded the Asset.
- Client: a third party for whom the Licensee provides services.
- End Product: work the Licensee creates using the Asset, customized with the Licensee’s or Client’s own content and branding.
2. License grant
Subject to these terms and to payment, MONSTRO grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide and perpetual license to use the Asset at the license level shown on its product page at the time of purchase.
3. Who the license covers
One license covers one business entity or one individual professional, including its employees and the contractors working on its projects. Each additional separate business needs its own license. The license cannot be transferred or sublicensed without written permission from MONSTRO.
4. Rights at every license level
- Edit, restructure, translate and rebrand the Asset.
- Use the Asset inside the Licensee’s business.
- Use the Asset across an unlimited number of Client projects.
- Adapt the Asset with AI tools.
5. Agency Use
The Licensee may use the Asset as a working tool in its own business and in Client projects, and may share results produced with it with the relevant Client, for example a completed report, calculation results or an exported PDF. The Licensee may not hand over the editable source files, customized or not, as a deliverable.
6. Commercial Client Use
Everything in Agency Use, plus: the Licensee may deliver End Products to paying Clients, including customized editable files, as part of its services, and may charge Clients for that work. Each End Product must be customized for the specific Client. Clients may use the End Products they receive for their own internal business purposes. Clients receive no right to redistribute or resell the Asset.
7. Extended License
An Extended License exists only where a product page explicitly offers it, and its additional rights are stated on that page.
8. Restrictions at every license level
- No redistributing, sharing, giving away, selling, sublicensing or renting the Original Files.
- No offering the Asset, or templates derived from it, on marketplaces, template stores, download sites or asset libraries.
- No including the Asset in courses, bundles, memberships, starter kits or free resources for third parties.
- No using the Asset to build a product that competes with MONSTRO.
- No using the Original Files to train or fine-tune AI models that are made available to third parties.
- No claiming authorship or ownership of the original Asset, and no use of the MONSTRO name or logo to suggest endorsement.
9. Free assets
Free assets are licensed under these terms at the license level shown on their product pages.
10. Ownership
MONSTRO and its licensors keep all intellectual property rights in the Assets. Rights not expressly granted are reserved. The Licensee’s own content and its Client content remain theirs.
11. Termination
If the Licensee materially breaches these terms, the license ends automatically. The Licensee must then stop using the Asset and delete the Original Files. End Products delivered to Clients in line with these terms before termination may remain with those Clients.
12. Warranty, liability and law
Warranty disclaimers, liability limits and governing law (the laws of Ukraine) are set out in the Terms and Conditions.
13. Questions
If a use case is not clearly covered, ask before you use it: mail@monstro.digital.
