Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Individual Entrepreneur Volodymyr Volodymyrovych Pimenov (FOP Pimenov V.V.), taxpayer registration number (RNOKPP) 3080422932, 96 B. Tena St., apt. 40, Zhytomyr, 10024, Ukraine (“MONSTRO”, “we”), collects and uses personal data when you use monstro.digital. We are the controller of your personal data. We process personal data in line with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and, where it applies to visitors from the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data we collect

• Account data: email address, password (stored encrypted) and the name you add to your profile.
• Order data: name, email, country, the products you bought, amounts and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment service provider and never stored by us.
• Download data: which files you downloaded, when, and the IP address used, to protect files and help with support.
• Messages: what you send through the contact form or by email.
• Email preferences: whether you agreed to product and tips emails, and when you unsubscribed.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and the cookies needed for login, cart and checkout.
• Analytics data: only if analytics is enabled and, where required, only after you consent.

2. Why we use it

• To create your account, deliver free and paid assets and process orders (performance of a contract).
• To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
• To prevent fraud, protect downloads and send service emails such as a short guide on using your first asset (legitimate interests). You can unsubscribe from that guide at any time.
• To send product news and featured assets, and to run analytics where consent is required (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

3. Cookies

We use essential cookies from WordPress and WooCommerce to keep you logged in and to remember your cart during checkout. Analytics cookies from Google (via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics) are set only if analytics is enabled on the site and, where the law requires it, only after you consent.

4. Who we share data with

• Our payment service provider, to process payments. The provider handling your payment is shown at checkout.
• Our web hosting provider, which stores the website and its database.
• Our email delivery service, which sends account and order emails.
• Google, for analytics, only if analytics is enabled and consent is given where required.
• Public authorities, when Ukrainian law requires it.

We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside Ukraine and outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where the law requires it, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, for example standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep data

• Account data: while your account exists. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
• Order and accounting records: at least 1,095 days (3 years), as required by the Tax Code of Ukraine.
• Contact messages: up to 24 months after the conversation ends.
• Download logs: 12 months.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent. To use any of these rights, email mail@monstro.digital. We reply within 30 days.

In Ukraine, you can complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights. If you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. Residents of some US states have similar rights, including the right to know and delete personal information, and can use them by writing to the same email address.

8. Security

The site runs over HTTPS, paid files are served through protected download links tied to your account, and access to store data is limited to people who need it.

9. Children

MONSTRO is a business service and is not directed at children under 16.

10. Changes

We update this page when our data practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
