Refund Policy

MONSTRO, a store operated by Individual Entrepreneur Volodymyr Volodymyrovych Pimenov (FOP Pimenov V.V.), Ukraine, sells digital files that unlock immediately. Once a file has been downloaded it cannot be returned, so please read the product page, the included files list and the license before you buy. This policy explains when we do refund.

1. Immediate delivery and the right of withdrawal

At checkout you confirm that you want immediate access to the files and acknowledge that the purchase may no longer be refundable once a download starts. Where consumer law gives a right of withdrawal for digital content, that right ends when delivery begins with your consent.

2. When we refund

• A file is broken or corrupted and we cannot provide a working file within 5 business days.
• The asset is materially different from its product page description.
• You accidentally bought the same asset twice.
• You paid and never received access, and we cannot restore it.

3. When we do not refund

• You changed your mind after downloading.
• The asset needs software you do not have, when the requirement was listed on the product page.
• You expected features or content the product page does not describe.

4. How to ask for a refund

Email mail@monstro.digital within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem. We usually try to fix file problems first and reply within 5 business days.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through the payment service provider that processed your order. Depending on your bank, the money can take up to 30 days to appear. Access to the refunded asset ends when the refund is issued, and the license for it ends too.

6. Free assets

Free assets involve no payment, so there is nothing to refund.

7. Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
